First thing's first: The address listed online is completely wrong. We ended up driving four miles in the wrong direction, to wait for 15 minutes in the wrong office and be finally told that Dr. Needham moved ages ago. Luckily, her phone number was accurate, otherwise we never would have found it (30 minutes late or otherwise). The wait in the (correct) office was thankfully not very long and we were glad of that, but the encouraging upturn quickly took a dive.
