I am female to male transgender and was nervous to go since I wasn't sure what to expect from the staff. The nurse was obviously not very knowledgeable of LGBTQ+ issues but was very kind and friendly nonetheless. The doctor came in and the first thing she did was confirm the name I used (my legal name has not been changed) along with my pronouns. She made me feel comfortable and was very professional.
