Dr. Ballon Reyes is awful.
Absolutely miserable level of service. Nasty staff and horrible communication with parents. They will demand that you rearrange your life and schedule appointments months in advance because they claim to care about prenatal care; you WILL receive an after hours voicemail changing your appointment thereafter with zero option on your part. Suck up the deductible and go anywhere else if you want pleasant or competent prenatal care.
