Dr Cattanach (Steve) is a wonderful man and dr. we spent 3 years with him for infertility issues and also our first pregnancy. I ended up with hyperemesis with my pregnancy and Steve was a life saver. He listened to me and took it very seriously. He is kind, humble and truly listens. I’m now pregnant with my second and sick again but Steve is on a well deserved extended break and we miss him. I truly wish he was here to support me again. I have been meaning to leave this review for quite a while now but did not manage to get around to it. After reading a similar story today it has prompted me to ensure my review is shared to avoid further opportunity for this behaviour in our system. The most chauvinistic and abusive practitioner I have ever met. He is the epitome of obstetric violence in the hospital system. Dr Cattanach delivered me as a baby and also delivered my first baby. He is my favourite doctor and has so much time for his patients. Whenever I would go to doctors appointments at the hospital they would ask who my OB was, they all had nothing but positive things to say about Dr Cattanach. I’m so grateful he was my obstetrician and hoping he will be around to deliver my future babies. I would recommend him to everyone
Dr. Cattanach was recommended through another health professional and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to go with him. He is an amazing OB and made me feel relaxed through my whole pregnancy and birth.
