I have billing issues that are not being resolved by the billing company they use or my insurance company. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and would not even listen to me. She would only keep repeating that I have to contact billing company. May be time to change providers! Way to go in treating someone who has been a patient for over 21 years!
