After arriving 10 minutes early and then waiting in the waiting room for a good 45 to 50 minutes past my appointment time, I was asked if I was there to get a pessary. I was there for my annual. I was put into a different room and changed into a gown. Again, I waited. After 15 minutes I got dressed and left. My time is important to me, and I even missed a class for this appointment. This practice was so much better under Dr. Toppi. Time to find a new doctor.
Holy god there is no way to reach a live person I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my results they are awful
I don't know why they have such terrible reviews.... I feel like most doctors offices and dentist offices fall below our expectations... They're difficult to schedule and keep to appointments, however, my experience with this office has been overall positive! I was a patient for just regular annual women's wellcheck appointments and now am a patient for for my pregnancy. Their communication process is so impersonal and unprofessional. Cannot get a live person on the phone when you need to. If you go to the Palm Coast office, you have to go through the St. Augustine office first where you still can’t get through, or you have to leave a message or select an option to text with them. They get back to you usually the next day. It may be time to find another gyn doctor.
