I genuinely don’t know how they don’t have a 5 star review. The care i received through out my pregnancy was incredible. I truly felt like i had PTSD from my last delivery (different hospital/office) and they genuinely healed it. They gifted me with the most beautiful birth experience and care. I could not recommend them more.
Was told I had an appt. Showed up. No appt. Didn’t complete all my paperwork. Had all my insurance and info input , didn’t put in my social security as it legally can not be required. It has zero to do with insurance anymore. Walked away from the office that was not well organized at all. Lots of people waiting to be helped.
First experience has not been a good one so far. Went to the new ponte Vedra location to establish care and we didn’t address any issues I came in for. Instead they did exams which is fine, but then sent a prescription with no follow up, no explanation. I tried to reach out to the office over the last few days but to no avail. Already having a stressful week and not being able to contact anyone or get answers is making me uneasy/ uncomfortable. Awful!!! Terrible service and looked like an old funeral home. I waited in the waiting room fairly long then waited in the exam room even longer. The exam was rushed and the staff was unfriendly. I never got my test results but I got the bill. Never again for me!!
If you are planning to use this office for your obgyn needs my advise would be to look elsewhere. First off you never see the same person more than once. Secondly, I missed one appointment, which I called and canceled in advance, due to a change in my insurance and they decided to inform me with a vague letter in the mail that they would no longer provide care for myself or my unborn child.
