I don't know why they have such terrible reviews.... I feel like most doctors offices and dentist offices fall below our expectations... They're difficult to schedule and keep to appointments, however, my experience with this office has been overall positive! I was a patient for just regular annual women's wellcheck appointments and now am a patient for for my pregnancy. Their communication process is so impersonal and unprofessional. Cannot get a live person on the phone when you need to. If you go to the Palm Coast office, you have to go through the St. Augustine office first where you still can’t get through, or you have to leave a message or select an option to text with them. They get back to you usually the next day. It may be time to find another gyn doctor. I am so disappointed. I initially became a patient of this practice in 2023. My first appointment was with Dr. Toppi, who was wonderful. So when it came time for this year's annual appointment, I thought I was still in good hands. Well, Dr. Toppi is booked out practically a year ahead, so they set me up with Sue.
