First experience has not been a good one so far. Went to the new ponte Vedra location to establish care and we didn’t address any issues I came in for. Instead they did exams which is fine, but then sent a prescription with no follow up, no explanation. I tried to reach out to the office over the last few days but to no avail. Already having a stressful week and not being able to contact anyone or get answers is making me uneasy/ uncomfortable. Awful!!! Terrible service and looked like an old funeral home. I waited in the waiting room fairly long then waited in the exam room even longer. The exam was rushed and the staff was unfriendly. I never got my test results but I got the bill. Never again for me!!

If you are planning to use this office for your obgyn needs my advise would be to look elsewhere. First off you never see the same person more than once. Secondly, I missed one appointment, which I called and canceled in advance, due to a change in my insurance and they decided to inform me with a vague letter in the mail that they would no longer provide care for myself or my unborn child. Literally no way to get in touch with a human when you call them back 3 minutes after you miss a call. Been waiting for 2 days to get test results from a visit that I had 2 weeks ago. I definitely do not feel like a priority or a valued human. Their "texting" service is a joke. No one responds there either. Zero compassion with the business practices at this clinic. The PA is wonderful. Front desk staff, also terrible.

After arriving 10 minutes early and then waiting in the waiting room for a good 45 to 50 minutes past my appointment time, I was asked if I was there to get a pessary. I was there for my annual. I was put into a different room and changed into a gown. Again, I waited. After 15 minutes I got dressed and left. My time is important to me, and I even missed a class for this appointment. This practice was so much better under Dr. Toppi. Time to find a new doctor.
