I don't know why they have such terrible reviews.... I feel like most doctors offices and dentist offices fall below our expectations... They're difficult to schedule and keep to appointments, however, my experience with this office has been overall positive! I was a patient for just regular annual women's wellcheck appointments and now am a patient for for my pregnancy. Their communication process is so impersonal and unprofessional. Cannot get a live person on the phone when you need to. If you go to the Palm Coast office, you have to go through the St. Augustine office first where you still can’t get through, or you have to leave a message or select an option to text with them. They get back to you usually the next day. It may be time to find another gyn doctor. I am so disappointed. I initially became a patient of this practice in 2023. My first appointment was with Dr. Toppi, who was wonderful. So when it came time for this year's annual appointment, I thought I was still in good hands. Well, Dr. Toppi is booked out practically a year ahead, so they set me up with Sue. I had no qualms about this as I trusted the practice and was sure I'd have just as good of an experience with her. Come the day of my appointment, Sue was dismissive of my health concerns. Almost in my second trimester. Had my initial OB appointment scheduled for a month in advance. 10 minutes before my appointment (on the day of) I get a call from them to inform me that their ultrasound technician is out for the next two weeks and my appointment needed to be canceled. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Went in the office anyway and was told they could see me for an appointment but it wouldn’t be what was originally needed. Complete mess of an establishment.
