I called and asked when my appointment date was as I forgot when it was. The receptionist who answered the phone said “ You should know your appointment date not me!” I was so stunned and could not believe what I just heard. She asked me my name multiple times and asked me same questions over and over again (I honestly thought she has some kind of mental issue or disability) it was obvious she was so lost. I’m so disappointed with the way i’ve been treated here. I’ve been under their care for my first pregnancy for the past 5 months. Firstly, the place they sent me to for my anatomy scan, my insurance didn’t cover so now i have a bill over 1k. At my last appointment a few weeks ago, the doctor tells me that this practice is closing permanently and i have to find another doctor asap because most don’t take you when your far along in your pregnancy. This was my second time coming to this location and both times I've had bad experiences. Both times I had to wait over an hour after my appointment was scheduled to be seen. This is very disrespectful to my time. The first doctor I saw last year made some innapropriate remarks such as "you should have kids by now" when I told her I didn't have any yet. Dr. Bryan and his assistants are so so great. I feel very comfortable, respected and cared for. I will never switch, this is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been to both offices Clifton/Teaneck and my experience is nothing but outstanding! I recommend this place 100%.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am and arrived 15 minutes early as I was told to fill out paperwork. There was nothing for me to fill out, and I was told the Dr. would be in at 9am. Several other patients came in after me, but they did not call anyone in until after 9:30. I specifically scheduled an early appointment to give myself plenty of time before I was scheduled at my job, and I do understand waiting 10-15 minutes but in my opinion a half hour is inconsiderate.
