I just recently had my baby here with Dr Cha.. and the nurses on staff along with my doc were truly not to be believed. So helpful. So caring. I’m still processing the whole day and experience but have to thank my nurses Mushka, Ann, Kelly - I wish I could see them again to thank them for their incredible care. Postpartum was the same- all amazing nurses on staff who were beyond helpful during our stay and made this hard transition a beautiful start.. really really. Thank you.

I'm very dissapointed. Today I waited 45 min to be seen by a different provider, who rushed me through the visit without trying understanding my concerns.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this office is managed. I took an entire day off work due to their limited hours, drove nearly two hours in traffic, paid multiple tolls, and paid for parking - only to arrive and be told that my doctor was not in. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I proactively called the office three hours before my appointment to confirm everything was still on schedule. Dr. Jacobs and the team at Mount Sinai East turned one of the most difficult, emotional moments of my life into an experience of compassion and dignity. They treated me as a whole person, not just a patient, and their genuine care and support meant everything. I’m grateful I chose them and will trust them with all of my future family planning needs.

I experienced severe birth trauma at the hands of Dr. Callipari, Dr. Owen, Dr. Carridi and others at Mount Sinai. I’ll put it to you this way, if you wish to go into labor naturally and to go full term, DO NOT see any doctor at this practice. They are induction and c-section bullies.
