Although I don’t live here, I can share my experience in the process of applying for these units. Apparently they’re supposed to be “affordable units” for families living in the Annapolis area. I visited the area multiple times and different times of the day. I didn’t see any type of activity per se, but I must say it’s very unorganized and unprofessional. Wish I can give no stars cause it doesn't deserve it ,this place is so unprofessional, I don't think they know what they're doing I don't understand how they have people working and they don't want to work ,I send my application through an email with my info ,I showed the lady that I had filled it out , I asked her should resend it , she said I don't know , wow Don't understand how she has a job,doesn't seem she wants to be there. Don't try to apply here your wasting your time
Very much unprofessional, they don't answer. They don't call back. And they give you the run around. What's the point in saying you qualify and then tell me I don't? You will be waiting forever just to hear back from them.
Very unprofessional and unorganized, every time I call they ask for your name and number to call you back and never do. I was supposed to move in a week ago and still haven’t heard anything
