I’ve been to this location a couple times now and it’s just sad and disappointing that nothing ever improves. This store is severely understaffed and the staff looks exhausted sad and overworked. They are always out of a lot of flavors, whoever is in change of orders cannot order well or simply doesn’t care because they are always out of several flavors (today more so than others). Hi so am here waiting for my order for the past 50 minutes. Everyone around me has been served but my order is deliberately being held by the receptionist, I don't understand the reason why, but what I can presume is that I am being discriminated against because I did not pay a tip at the counter. I feel slighted and ignored here. I talked to the branch manager and they told me that sometimes the orders get lost.
