They’re always slow at the drive-thru. Last night (9/10) we tried to get ice cream around 9:15 pm. The website said they close at 10, but we waited 15 minutes with lights on and no one answering or saying anything. There were at least 4 cars behind me also waiting until a lady finally came out and said that after Labor Day they start closing at 9, and that they have no control to update the website.
Their ice cream tastes amazing! I miss their butterscotch shake, they've discontinued it for some reason. They really need to bring it back!
25 min for the drive thru!! Banana split and a single scoop of ice cream…only one car ahead of us.
Entered drive thru line at 9:59 and 1 car was ahead of me. They got their order in and it was barely 10:01 when I pulled up to the speaker. The employee turned me away because they were now closed. Perhaps this particular establishment isn't hurting for business and would rather turn away customers than keep an employee on the clock an extra 2 minutes
