Came here for the first time and was shocked at the customer service of Aliyah she was extremely nice and seemed very hard working 10 out of 10 would recommend
I recently visited the Oberweis ice cream shop on Randall Road in Elgin and was really disappointed with the service. When I walked in, I stood in front of the register waiting to place my order, but none of the employees acknowledged me or offered to help. I waited patiently, but it wasn’t until I finally raised my voice and asked if anyone was working that someone came over.
