I like supporting this place, but 12 people in line a one cashier (that is also delivering orders to tables). If you’re going offer grab and go products as well as made-to-order products then you need to get this wait times down. ESPECIALLY because all of the products are cold…
It says open until 10 on website and their door but they were locking the doors when we pulled up at 9:01 on a Saturday.

Terrible service. Ice cream came out melted and I asked for a simple refund. People touching food without gloves after handling their phone and touching his face. When addressed, Anne, the manager said he had an allergy to the gloves. Which is fine then he needs to follow protocols and not be handling food after touching his face and phone.
