Nice place to be . Smells good
Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve found the manager at this location to be rude and unprofessional. I came in with my three kids and ordered two kids’ cups, 1 scoop on a sugar cone and one regular cup with one scoop. My regular cup was given to me in a kids’ cup instead. When I pointed it out, the manager told me there was only a slight difference between the sizes. If there’s a difference, then why was I charged for a regular cup but given a kids’ cup? Very rude / poor customer service. Approached drive thru window , didn't get a hello instead I got "We'll be with you at some point " . That is very rude and it came from a manager at that . Please reevaluate your employees .
