Delivary service that comes with a headache. We are on our 4th delivery so far. Every single one has been incorrect. The 1st delivery came in a foam box, picked it up and the bottom broke out, broken glass, milk and yogurt everywhere on the doorstep. The second delivery came with outdated cream that was sour, also they never brought he replacement yogurt. Third delivery the replacement cream never came. Now on the 4th delivery and again, no cream....we gave them a few times to get it right, for the cost of the service you ex... read more
Love the service and quality
Delivery is always screwed up. Called customer service a couple of times to correct the problem and even talked to the manager, still no difference. There is always something missing with my order and I end up going to the grocery store anyway. What is the point? It's not worth the aggravation.
I had to cancel an order :( and the staff was super responsive and professional. I look forward to ordering in the future.
