If I could zero I would. Beyond rude. Call someone else for help because to him you’re just an inconvenience. Do not call on a Sunday with slightly bad cell service. He will cuss you before you can even speak. You’re not worth his time nor 3 milliseconds of waiting for phone connection. Poor example of business here. Didn’t even bother him with my business.
