After talking to several contractors, I finally hired Oberoi Construction to fix our damaged sidewalk caused by the city tree.Sunny was very attentive and did the best throughout the process of acquiring the parks permit and everything that was needed for the jobs. Our condo board chose Oberoi to redo the waterproofing and tiling on our four balconies. The team was professional, maintained prompt communication, and finished the project on time and on budget. The work appears to be of high quality (much cleaner work than what came with our building), and they didn't cut corners on materials. Any issues that arose during the process were quickly addressed by the team. We will be keeping this company in mind for future repairs and upgrades.
This is the second time I've hired Oberoi for exterior work. Both times, Sunny and his crew were very efficient and cleaned up when they finished. They did a window lintel and color matched some bricks the first time and this time they replaced a slate roof with asphalt shingles. It looks great! Ask for Sunny, and they're also licensed and insured!!
I hired Oberoi construction to fix my city sidewalk and they did a good job. Sunny obtained the NYC permit, performed the job in a timely manner and repaired the concrete sidewalk. I am happy that I used this company to perform the necessary work.
