I have been a patient at Oberlin Hearing Care for years. I have always been impressed by their professionalism and very real concern for my hearing health. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Also, they have always been transparent about their pricing. I have and will continue to recommend Oberlin Hearing Care to my friends and family.
Great place... I have been a patient for over 10 years. During that time I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Hetsko and his staff have always gone above and beyond to meets my needs... thank you Oberlin Hearing Care for your care with me. Also thank you for the care you provided for my dad while he was a patient during his rehab. Even though the VA provided his hearing aids, you attended to his needs while he was hospitalized.
The receptionist was rude. I called to cancel an appointment that the Veteran’s Administration made for my husband. I hope she was just having a bad day because I would hate to think that all veterans were treated disrespectfully.
I have to congratulate Dr. Hetsko and his staff for serving the Oberlin community with such outstanding clinical based Audiology and hearing aid services! Practices such as Oberlin Hearing Care stand out!
I would not go anywhere else. My new hearing aids are so great I forget they are in. I wear them from 6am to 10pm a day!!!! I love that they gave me back my life, I can hear everything again. (Even my husband, lol)
