I called to get my chimney cleaned back in June, thinking it was early enough that he could show up sometime before I was ready to light the first fire. He claimed he put me on a list and still nothing and it's October 31st. I called a couple times to make sure I was still on his "list". Customers skills are zero. At this point, I just feel like I'm bothering him, so I'm not calling again. I have never written anyone a bad review in my life but this is ridiculous.
