Bought an air conditioner that had a defect right out of the box I called and asked for an exchange but they told me because it's a seasonal item they won't take it back. Now I'm on the phone with GE warranty arguing all night. I have to wait 2 weeks in the heat for a repair man. Customer service is horrible girl was snippy with me but their so nice when I reaching for my wallet. Fakes. Don't shop here Amazon will take anything back for any reason.

As a long time Bergen County resident, Oberg & Lindquist has always been "the place" to purchase large appliances. And as such, I've always toed the line and made the trek to the Westwood location to support our local business NO MORE. The too-slick-by-half manager made a special point of thanking me for my military service - emphasizing ~whisper~ ~whisper~ that he discounted the price for me. I wish I could give less than 1 star for this awful, unprofessional disaster of an appliance store. We attempted to buy appliances from their store to replace broken ones that needed to be immediately replaced. We went on the last day of a sales period and knew exactly which make and model we wanted so very little work was required on their part.
