Dr. Oberbeck is great but definitely an old school practitioner. Wish they’d do telehealth visits. The receptionist is so very rude and gets zero stars. Every interaction has been unpleasant that I dread having to call. Check over on yelp, I’m not the only one. Her demeanor is snippy, gruff and rude— I’m unsure why she’d be working that job (customer service) if she talks to people like that. My husband has had the same interactions. I saw CJ today who I believe is Dr.Os PA. I have never felt more informed, listened to or cared for by a Medical professional - probably ever. She took her time asking me questions even though the appointment unfortunately ran over into her lunch time - it never once felt rushed. I felt very heard and supported about all my issues. She has incredible bedside manner and is genuinely just such a warm person. She even took the time to write other helpful things down for me after the appointment.
