This firm has been amazing. There staff is super attentive and FAST (shout out to Amy). They resolved my matter successfully and went the extra mile to help resolve some paperwork outside the original scope of work. I really apperciate their communication methods. They had a portal I could check up on things with and utilized text messaging. Im not really available by phone during working hours so the texting was huge for me to keep things moving. Highly recommend working with this firm.
When I walked into the office, there was a man standing at the receptionist's desk dressed in a baggy grey hoodie sweatshirt and jeans.... as it turned out, this was attorney John Goetz.
