I would recommend Obear to anyone in the pioneer valley looking for a top notch, reliable construction company. Detail oriented and extremely professional. Large team with multi faceted skill sets.

POST Owner Comment: I moved because of your management team. I moved because of the mice, the constant issues, and lack of general respect to tenants. You promise things and they never happen. I moved to a more expensive community because they actually do what they say they will do.... To be honest, I wish I could say better things here with their rental units. Obear Construction does great work at an affordable price. I handed Bob Obear and his team a rundown wreck of a house and they gave me a safe, warm, beautiful home to live in. His crews are incredibly hardworking and pleasant (they even snuck in a few little favors for me, but don’t tell Bob ;-)). Bob is pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very fair. This job ran really smoothly--he even made the construction job easy on the neighbors! A good company and an asset to the community.
