Incredibly rude. Do not recommend
ADDENDUM: Despite several more house calls, the circuit board failed repeatedly after it was out of warranty (should be a lemon law for furnaces). Anyway, called Dennis to give us an estimate to just REPLACE the unit with a more appropriate size for our space. He gave a super reasonable price, and accommodated our schedule as part timers up here. We are very happy to have this resolved! Dennis is great!
