Our home is warm again thanks to Heating & Air Conditioning.
What a jerk. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I stepped away for just five minutes and returned to find him going through my file drawer without permission. When I asked what he was doing, he casually said he was “looking for the HVAC plan” to locate the electrical panels. Totally unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for privacy.
Horrible customer service. Complained constantly about the amount of work that needed to be done.
Great pricing and even better service.
