I can wholeheartedly recommend the service department at Obaugh Ford in Staunton Virginia after a recent encounter regarding an old Ford Escape. There were multiple problems that needed attention and the service department worked diligently to diagnose and to remedy the problems. They were very helpful and communicated well.
Great team. I travel for work. I live 3 hours away from Obaugh, yet this is the only place I will have service done. Thank you guys for taking care of me, and keeping me employed!
I took truck in the 15th got it back the 16 with a 333 dollar bill I HAD NO CLUE OF......Then drove it home an its doing the same thing when I left . I bought brand new tires 2500 dollars an they was suppose to align it well I guess they didn't an screwed up my tires now I got more money coming outta my pocket. Just UNREAL I TELL YA
