Customer service was incredible, 10/10! Darlie walked us through the recommended bed options in extensive details, with great response times. The bed itself, pillows are really comfortable, no chemical smell like other mattresses, and love the modular aspect of the custom bed. Natural materials, made in Canada make it perfect. The uniqueness of the modular mattress means one sleeper can have a softer side and the other a firmer side without feeling like it is split, and makes it easy to move or carry.
