TyRae did a beautiful job in my hair, she listened to what I wanted, and is such a great conversationalist! I will be returning!
I am extremely disappointed in this business and the owner. This business sold a gift card to me right before shutting down their Bellevue location WITHOUT letting me know [a 3 year customer] that they were closing down in two weeks from the purchase date. I have tried contacting the Chelan location, the owner [Michelle] and the info email for months now and they will not credit me the $150 gift card. This salon is so cute everyone was very nice. TyRae did my hair for my wedding and it looks amazing. She took her time and made sure I liked every step.

I had the best experience with Kendal (I hope that’s how to spell her name)!! I’ve had very long hair for most of my life and finally decided to chop it all off. She listened to exactly what I wanted and eased my nerves as this was a big change for me. She even talked me through what products to use to give my short hair texture. She was so kind and easy to talk to and very skilled as a hair dresser!! Best salon experience I’ve had in years :)
