A hidden gem in New Paltz! My back has been sore for a while and after my session I feel amazing! I've been to a lot of massage therapists before and most of the time they don't understand what I need. Here they listen to your needs without all extra hoopla and get you feeling better. It's a nice cozy room makes you feel at ease. Definitely going back and reccomend a visit! Best of all they take NYSHP. They probably take other insurances as well, check them out!
