Worst customer service from their billing department .... Horrible experience.
Wife had a miscarriage and was told to call for an appointment on a Friday. Called 15 times on Friday and 10 times on Monday with no answer. Finally went up to office in desperation and found clinic to be open. While waiting for receptionist I called the number and saw the ringing on their phone but it was on silent. I asked why it was on silent and she stated she doesn't have time to answer the phone. We proceeded to tell her why we were there and she told us we didn't speak to her so there was no appointment.
