Not sure how they are still open. The lack of communication, professionalism and CARE is truly terrifying. No one told me about a cyst I have on my ovary, I had to find out by reading my own ultrasound that took them a month to upload to a portal (after asking for a week straight). The portal is useless. When I asked why no one told me about the cyst, the nurse just said “it didn’t raise concern and they’re normal”... still...
