I took my daughter to this practice for 1 visit. We were told to return 2 months later. Together, we called them literally 10 times to schedule a follow-up appt. and they did not return our call until #10. They left one voicemail message and said they had no record of my daughter being a patient. What the heck! Frustrating. Disappointing. Lack of professional management.
Best doctor visit of my life! The office staff were are warm, yet efficient, and Dr. Heiberger was thorough, attentive and genuinely interested in me as a patient.
