One of the greatest doctor.
Dr.Oh has been my OB/Gyne for over 30 years. She delivered my only child. She is absolutely the best! She is attentive and kind and I never feel rushed. It’s like seeing a friend. Not enough stars to give her!
This clinic is very unorganized and has poor communication. Apart from my concerns with my actual care here which put me under months of stress for no reason, it’s impossible to ever reach anyone by phone. They don’t have online scheduling so if you need an appointment, you’ll be waiting a week for a call back. I received double billing on one occasion, and when asking them to transfer my medical records to another clinic it took them 1 month to do so, stating nobody did it the first time and there was a mix up. I was referred to a Doctor at this practice but I cannot get the office to call me back to schedule an appointment. I have left 3 requests on their website and left 3 voicemails. I have had zero response. If I do get into the office I'll gladly update my rating but as of today I'm so disappointed in the staff.
