I have always had a great experience at this department. Every doctor and nurse I saw was professional and on time. I felt cared for and seen.
The receptionist was so rude today and weird. I told her as I was checking out to make a new appointment that I couldn’t do the dates she gave me because I had already put in leave prior and it’s been approved. (I won’t even be in North Carolina) she first told me that won’t work and I couldn’t do that. First off know your place, I can do that because I did do that. Terrible customer service. The nurses actually hang up on you mid phone call. Submitted an ICE comment.
They don't care. lnternal infection, but they didnt want to take the time to look and only looked at the numbers. They will tell you to make appointment with pcm instead - oh no providers have availability for patients currently - so. You're left alone with no advocacy for your health. Personally as a spouse of a soldier, this is not the thing I would have imagined being the worst part of being stationed here.
