**EDIT** Make sure to read your notes on your portal! I was told at 28 weeks by one OB that I needed to sign and discuss TOLAC/VBAC consent forms at 32 weeks. 32 weeks arrive we have the discussion but no signed paperwork for the consent form until 36 weeks. 36 weeks now and I was told "Nuh uh, they do that in triage" when me and my husband explained to her that's what I was told, they put in my notes "I was adamant they were wrong." I had issues with scheduling an appointment sometimes, would have to call repeatedly before I got to talk to someone. But I did get an appointment pretty quickly. I found that secure messaging works well. I had my first OB appointment recently (RN intake was also great, no issues there). Was seen on time. There is a huge communication issue with this office. I was taken off a medication I had been taking before ever seeing this doctor, without any clear explanation. I was told it was stopped by “someone in the lab,” but no one could give me an actual reason or take responsibility. This experience was incredibly frustrating and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time, as I was dealing with a miscarriage. Instead of feeling supported, I felt confused and dismissed due to the lack of clear communication.
HUGE communication issue you’re just gonna stress yourself out!! They would not prescribe me a medication I’ve been taking before I’ve even seen this doctor. They stopped it completely. Didn’t give me a reason, but said somebody from the labs stopped it. Such an annoying experience on top of just having a miscarriage, these people love to stress you out
