I feel like the care here is pretty good and the appointments go well- but that's when you can get them. I work, so need afternoon or morning appointments and those need to be scheduled literally multiple months out. It it really stressful as a pregnant woman to try to make as many appointments as I have, and miss work to do so. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but my recent visit was upsetting enough that I feel it’s important to share. I came in for an IUD removal and replacement. While Dr. Andrea Williams was professional, the technician assisting her was not. What disturbed me most was hearing the technician laughing while I was still on the exam table being cleaned up. I told them I hated the SNRI I was on and that all previous attempts (3) at birth control to regulate hormonal fluctuations made me want to kill myself. She then prescribed me birth control anyway and a second antidepressant. Condescending, superior, will not be taking either med or seeing her ever again. Aliya Ladha, MD.
The doctor that I seen was one of the second best gynecologists I ever had and it’s sad that I have to leave. But I was there for an appointment awhile back and someone took $80 out of my purse. I blame myself for bringing money in but I thought I had a co-payment and wanted to get gas afterwards so I stopped past the ATM and got $100 out before going in the office.
