I called for an appointment , it seems my daughter had missed her first time visit (due to being Ill) which I was never allowed to explain before she very rudely stated that because my daughter missed her appointment she can't be rescheduled before even allowing me to explain anything at all she hung up the phone on me. Definitely this young lady does not have the characteristics that are required to work in the medical field,such as: empathy,respect,courtesy,code of care for patients.
