Dr.s and midwives were absolutely amazing. I went to the midwives for my pregnancy. Always took time to answer my questions and concerns and would return calls relatively promptly. Delivery was a great experience with the midwife right by our side.
The staff was average. I would have probably kept going for my annual visits, but the last time I went my lab work somehow got sent to Covenant instead of Allen and I received a bill for over $200 from Covenant for a service that should have been 100% covered by my insurance. Had the office sent my labs to Allen, the cost would have been covered.
