Believe the negative reviews. I liked this place until I became pregnant. Expect dismissive care, billing issues and $1000 delivery fee that doesn’t have anything to do with insurance. Thankfully I was able to switch around 15 weeks
If I could leave zero stars I wouldn't because the kind manner in which the doctors have approached me for the last three miscarriages should be accounted for. But still glorified messengers at best. You are paying, yes for kindness and understanding, but for medical attention, facts and ALL POSSIBLE solutions — not trying to get everyone out the door as soon as possible. No empathy at this place. I was told my baby had no heartbeat, without any emotion or sympathy for my loss. I was scheduled for a transvaginal ultrasound and instead was given a regular one on my belly. When I asked if I was still going to receive it vaginally the woman said “you want me to stick you with that thing?” And was very unprofessional. Dr. Fishman was wonderful! He took his time, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. His caring nature and depth of knowledge truly stood out, and I left feeling confident and reassured. An overall excellent experience.
I’ve seen a few providers so far, but mostly Dr. Morales and Stewart. Both are honest and transparent, knowledgeable and actually take the time to listen. I’m high risk but both have eased my concerns and been incredible at responding during and outside of scheduled appointments. I specifically chose the practice because of these two doctors and I’m glad I did.
