Rude, condescending, and incompetent. Performed the same test 3 times before offering another test. Don’t listen to their patients, very poor communication. Practically impossible to see a physician when you have a true medical concern. Do not go to this practice. Have been a patient here for over 3 years and this first time I have concerns or questions they provide no answers or caring.
At 19 weeks pregnant I had yet to meet my actual doctor because she was always too booked to have an appointment with me. Also, of the 5 prenatal appointments I had, 3 of them were cancelled the morning of the appointment by the office. I very much felt like me and my baby were unimportant and not a priority. I switched to another doctors office halfway through my pregnancy.
I have been a patient of this practice for years and can't say enough amazing things about it My 16 year old daughter just started going due to issues she was having and being her first time going she was very nervous. She seen Laura Schwent and she was absolutely amazing with her She sat with close to one hour explaining everything to my daughter and answering all the questions we had! I was shocked at how much time she gave to us!! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone! Thank you so much Laura!!
