I've been going to Tobi Byrd for years. I followed her from Franklin to Suffolk and back to Franklin when the practice found a new location. Tobi listens to your concerns, answers any questions and provides the best possible solution. She is one of the only doctors I've ever had to actually be glad when patients ask questions. She takes her time and goes over all procedures and gives any info needed. I recommend her to anyone looking for quality care.

Ms. Tobi was nice, but my experience with her nurse, Laquita, overshadowed my visit. I was never told that checking the patient portal would reveal my baby’s gender or that I needed to call the office to ask when my envelope was ready. I was told I would receive a phone call confirming the envelope and letting me know when to pick it up, but I never received that call. If you don’t have an appointment and trying to schedule one,Don’t waste your time.I guess they pick and choose who to call back for an appointment!! I have been reaching out since April of last year to schedule an appointment,Have not had a call back from that day to this day!! Online it says they’ll reach out in 2 business days it’s literally been a year still no appointment!!

This is the most racist discussion office that I've ever been to the lady at the front desk is just straight up rude and obnoxious I was here on time for my appointment she talked to me for 4 minutes the time I walked in and then said that we were too late for that for a minute I called the office manager and tell her what happened and she didn't even want to hear what I said she just wanted to go off what the lady at the dad said and has she just checked me in when we started I would have been here right on time instead of ... read more

She is an awesome Doctor!! She takes the time to listen, really listens. Very professional and concerned about making the correct decision on how to treat you.
