My doctor was very professional. He prescribed medication that was not called in that day by his assistant. After two days of waiting I called the clinic twice and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy.
Very professional and understanding.
Front desk staff is amazing, but my first appointment was done in a small waiting room with other patients where they could hear everything. Very rushed and uncomfortable. This has to be a HIPA violation.
