The nursing staff at the clinics and at the hospital were amazing, but my experience with the doctors wasn’t exactly what I thought I was going to receive . Having an OB/GYN doctor you see for months and then delivering and not having that doctor present During the delivery or after was not ideal for me.
Dr. Williams is an exceptional physician—compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. Unfortunately, the professionalism and quality of service demonstrated by the office staff, particularly within the surgery scheduling and billing departments, do not reflect the same standard. My urgent surgery was initially delayed for more than a week due to significant lapses in communication among the staff, which was the first red flag.
