They had me share my personal information including my SSN out loud 4 times. They didn’t remember anything I said and I had to share more personal information out loud only for her to tell me that they won’t schedule me. After giving all of this personal information just to be told that they won’t see me. So frustrating and bad communication.
I scheduled with them to have a regular check up. I had asked someone when I called to make the appointment if I could bring my three year old and I was told I could. I wait two months for this appointment, go in do all the paperwork, sit for thirty minutes, and they call me up to the desk to tell me my child can’t be there.
