Dr Nelson is sweet and listens to her patients, when you can actually get a hold of the office and see her. I am a long time patient of hers and have considered her my OBGYN for 7 years. Recently, I have been dealing with a surprise lab bill that her office sent over 2 YEARS after date of service! I have been trying to get a hold of the office to resolve this for 3 weeks. They told me to call in the morning to make a appointment then I did the. They told me they not taking no new patients like how is a doctor office not taking any patients and your the closest doctor in the area I found that weird then she told me that they been doing that for months so why tell me to call early in the morning unprofessional
Made an appointment was 7 minutes late because of traffic and Dr. Kimeshia Thomas refused to see me. I had to miss work for the appointment. No one stated that I wouldn’t be seen if I was late less than 10 minutes. Next appointment wasn’t for 3 months. So I just walked out. Never again. Terrible staff and doctor Thomas is unbelievable. Hope she’s never running late for something.
I have been seeking a compassionate, female OBGYN after going through a traumatic experience with endometriosis over the past several years. I was poo-pooed by my male doctor leading the disease to spiral. I heard great things about this practice and made an appointment November 15 for April 14...a FIVE MONTH WAIT. I've been a patient at this office for 2 years and have only received kind courteous service. My doctor, nurse, and the front desk have been nothing but wonderful. It's easy to make appointments and change them when needed.
