Amazing practice! Delivered my first born and so happy to be back at 21 Columbus the Kayley office was not an environment I want to go back to!
waited 2 months for an emergency appointment. I emphasized the urgency of this case, but they had nothing earlier. Mrs Vanessa Prophete scheduled this. After the long wait, we got at the office and they said we needed a referral. What??? she never mentioned anything about a referral. what a shame. people cant do their job. this is very serious and she never get back to us. Adventhealth standards They dont care!!!!! Very poorly run office. They leave you waiting for hours even when you’re early for your appointment, and were not helpful when you say you have to leave to go back to work. What is the point of having an appointment, if you have to wait for almost 2 hours and not get seen?
Ive had such an amazing experience here so far. Dr. Arroyo is the best doctor I’ve had. The front desk workers Lourdes and Zahira are so professional and caring, that it almost felt like they were family. From the moment I came to this clinic, frustrated from transitioning from a Military hospital to Civilian and not knowing where to get started, Lourdes made sure I started getting the proper care I needed. Eternally grateful for the workers here. Thank you for making my first pregnancy easy. <3 Fátima Arvelo
