I went to see my dad yesterday and his room was empty. I asked the nurse where he was and she told me he had been transported to mercy CLERMONT psychiatric hospital. Without telling me anything. No I don’t have medical poa but my dad is extremely manic and schizophrenic right now. I was there on Saturday and spoke to the cardiac nurse practitioner and stated that I needed the social worker to call me so we could discuss the next steps. RecommendedFinally heading home. Thank you Mercy Hospital staff, nurses and doctors. Thank you for the prayer chains, and support for all that prayed for Tim and me. Prayer does work. Prayers to all those families that are suffering from terminal illness, Covid 19, and mental health disorders and families that are suffering.
