I am not usually one to leave poor reviews especially because I am in healthcare myself but I feel the need to leave this review do to how terribly this office treats people.Dr.Rhee office is extremely unprofessional. My PCP center referral for just general OBGYN care. It took over a week to get a response and when I did I was denied to be seen as a new patient. Horrible office. I called after my PCP and Oncologist referred me. Marlene in the office returned my call. So RUDE! She didn't let me even complete 1 sentence. She stated as I had a previous hysterectomy I did not need to be followed and " Dr Rhee would do nothing for me!" Unbelievable! Yes you still need periodic exams. Yes my cancer can return. I can see why she has such a low rating now! I'll be reporting her to the state medical board. This is NOT how you treat woman!!
I got denied to become a new patient because I have a Nexplanon and they do not insert or remove them. When I explained that it wasn’t an issue for me because I just want to be a new patient to get my Pap smears done I was still denied. Is it just me or is that very unprofessional. Thank you for denying me honestly.

Dr. Rhee is absolutely wonderful. She makes one of my least favorite appointments more bearable and has excellent bedside manner!
