I had a wonderful experience here! I came for a yearly check-up and would give this clinic 10/10! I found the receptionists very kind and friendly, and Dr. Roberts was awesome!! Not only did she still see me even though I was late form the snowstorm, but she was just so down to earth and friendly, and she helped me better understand my body and health. She also did my pap-smear totally pain free! I was also seen super fast which I really appreciated! Definitely would recommend!
As much as I dislike leaving negative reviews, my substandard medical experience at Flagstaff OB/GYN necessitates it. Let me preface this review with this: Some of the front office staff, like Lori, for example, are simply amazing and very welcoming. I felt Lori offered so much empathy to patients during my office visits. Some people truly care about making others' days more sunny.
