Place is terrible, had 2 appointments to go to with my wife here, we showed up 5 minutes late after they gave us the wrong directions, when we called to tell them the address they gave us was wrong we were put on hold, luckily a nurse walking gave us the right directions and as I said earlier we arrived 5 minutes late while still on hold with the front desk, we got to the front desk and they decided to say that they needed to reschedule us. From the moment I first walked in, I was met with kindness, compassion, and the highest level of professionalism. The entire staff is truly exceptional — warm, respectful, and always willing to take the time to listen and make you feel cared for. Everyone is so friendly and amazing ! I always have a good experience ! The lady who does my ultra sound is the sweetest most funny person ! I always like my visits with her when I go in
I can’t say enough great things about this practice. I have severe trauma and it’s very hard to find a provider that is not only trauma informed, but also trauma responsive. The entire team has changed my ability to access my healthcare because I finally feel heard, respected, and as if I have choice in everything being done.
