Terrible front desk service. I called and Jessica was very rude and hung up on me. She contradicted herself and got upset when I called her out on it that's when she hung up in my face. Jessica needs a lesson on phone etiquette.
Place is terrible, had 2 appointments to go to with my wife here, we showed up 5 minutes late after they gave us the wrong directions, when we called to tell them the address they gave us was wrong we were put on hold, luckily a nurse walking gave us the right directions and as I said earlier we arrived 5 minutes late while still on hold with the front desk, we got to the front desk and they decided to say that they needed to reschedule us. Waste of time. We already found a new provider that was more professional than them. ... read more

I’ve been a patient at Griffin Faculty Physicians since 2019, and I truly believe they saved my life. From the moment I first walked in, I was met with kindness, compassion, and the highest level of professionalism. The entire staff is truly exceptional — warm, respectful, and always willing to take the time to listen and make you feel cared for. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer after it was unfortunately missed for seven long months by another provider in Danbury. I only wish I had found Griffin Faculty Physicians sooner... read more
