Dr. Linnell is exceptionally kind and thorough. It's wonderful to have a Dr. who cares about me & not just my symptoms. He walks in prepared, having reviewed the notes and always explains things so I understand.
Dr. Linnell is very kind and caring and I can get an appointment without delay. The office is new and the staff are helpful and pleasant.

Impersonal, short, obviously has better thing to be doing than her job, insulting. I pray she is not the "doctor" on call when I go into labor. If you hate your job get a new one!!!
Dr. Castillo is impersonal and short. She lacks bedside manner. She's insulting to her patients and can't wait to get the appointment over with. Bad experience.
The office and staff are nice. Dr linnell seemed nice. I received a follow up text after my appointment which listed that I had osteoarthritis which was news to me. I was never tested for that, have never been tested for that and Dr linnell never mentioned it at the appointment. I also called the office because I was unable to breathe. Did not receive a call back till the next day.
Passive, uncommunicative, no interest in engaging with me; handed me sheets with info and prescriptions. A horrible experience, especially for a first time visit.
