10 weeks pregnant with my second and I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. My first pregnancy wasn't great but I thought I'd get them the benefit of the doubt the second time. Wait times on the phone to even schedule and appointment are horrific, couldn't get my wife in for an ultrasound for ten weeks too! The next appointment was even worse. They scheduled her for a natera today on Tuesday at 845am, but was told they cannot take her there. That location doesn't do those tests and they don't do them on Tuesdays. ... read more

I had Dr. Krol for both of my c sections and I wouldn’t trust anyone other than her to take care of me and my babies! Best place ever! All the nurses and front desk staff are amazing and kind! 🩷

I have been through a medical nightmare where a medical mistake was made and every dr would not believe the symptoms I was having as a result of this mistake. Including Dr Kroll here. At the time is aw her i informed her not only was i certain I had missed endometriosis i knew that I was wrongly diagnosed bipolar byt now why yet. I had the unfortunate experience of meeting a Dr Kroll here after waiting weeks for a presurgery appt for endometriosis while very very ill. I met with her after months of such severe symptoms it was causing gi blockages. Non stop spasms and constant illness. Everything was ruled out by gi. After six months I tracked symptoms daily and it was all related to my period I stopped gettingmy period minus brief spotting for a few days and now down to one prior to this after my csection and never even considered a gyn issue. Was quite surprised by the lack of empathy Dr Todoro showed me. I waited for almost an hour and a half to be seen. When he entered the room he asked how I was - I admitted I was a bit frustrated that no one bothered to check in on me or apologize for the long wait. That a simple apology can make a big difference. Dr. Todoro then made a comment saying “well I’ll try and remember that when you go through menopause”. I find that to be a very strange and condescending remark. A women’s health is not a joking matter.
