I had a good experience with them i have a daughter who is a toddler they were friendly to her and put my mind to ease
Dr. O’Connell is the reason I’m giving this clinic any stars at all. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to sit with me, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt heard. I truly trust her and felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, the rest of the clinic was disorganized. When I arrived, the nurse didn’t even know why I was there or what had happened to me. Also , when checking out I was scheduled for a test at a location that couldn’t even perform my test.
Terrible office management , Had a yearly visit they canceled , I was having problems and couldn't get me in for 2 months . Dr Did tests in the mean time to get a head of the appointment. I Had the tests done with in 3 days but I didnt hear from a nurse or a Dr to give me my results . I am a nurse and I could read my own results but had alot of questions . Finally a office person called to get me in sooner , which makes me more nervous cause before they couldn't get me in for 2 months. So now im really wondering what's the h... read more
